Hello, and welcome back! Today, I want to share some exciting news!

As some of you know, I have recently returned from a trip that was the adventure of a lifetime! This is my sixth year participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a seven-day bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It's a great event that helps prevent many people from contracting the disease and helps those already infected get the help they need.

I want to thank all of you who have supported me in this, and I look forward to doing this again in the future.
