What should you do if you’re thinking of buying a home out of state? The couple that asked this question will be moving from the Southern California area in about a year, and they were wondering how the process differs from buying an in-state home.

Buying an out-of-state home is similar to buying a home here in California. The good news is that I can be a great resource for anybody looking to purchase a home in another state as well.
