Hello everyone. I’m Melinda Elmer with the Elmer Team with Keller Williams! Welcome to my video blog where I’ll be keeping you informed about what’s going on in Long Beach, North Orange County and South LA County markets.

Our market has changed over the past year. We are now in a sellers’ market. We are experiencing very low inventory and multiple offers. Last year at this time, we were just seeing the market heat up. Now, though we are in a hot market. In fact, one of my recent listings had 17 offers and we received a cash offer $50,000 above the asking price.

Nationally, the market has increased by about 10%, in our area we have gone up nearly 30%! Many Many people who were previously under water aren’t anymore! If you are thinking about selling, now is the time to get top dollar!
